Refund and Returns Policy

At Apex Innovations Group Inc, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to process returns and refunds.

Return Conditions:

  • Within 30 days of receipt
  • Merchandise and packaging must be in unused and perfect condition
  • Original invoice/order number retained
  • Items must be purchased through our official channels

Refund Procedure:

  1. Please contact us at [email protected] to obtain the return request form.
  2. Fill out the return request form, stating the reason for the return.
  3. Carefully repackage the merchandise in its original packaging, and include the completed return request form.
  4. Ship the package back to the designated address. Return shipping fees will be handled as follows:
    • If it’s the seller’s responsibility (e.g., product quality issues), we will cover the return shipping fees.
    • If it’s the customer’s choice to return (e.g., no longer needed), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
  5. We will inspect and process the return within 7 business days of receiving the package.
  6. Eligible orders will receive a full refund, which will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exceptions:

  • Custom, sale, or discounted items are non-refundable.
  • Apex Innovations Group Inc reserves the right to have the final interpretation of returned merchandise.
